Age: 1 - 4 years
We have a Jenn-Air three way (JFC2087HRP). The freezer (at bottom) is
cristalizing covering every thing in a frost cover. How can we can this
resolved? Thanks!

Excess frost on everything is caused by too much moisture in the air in the fridge or freezer. A gasket not sealing on fridge or freezer will let more moisture in. More frequent door opening will cause it. Check your gasket by seeing if it will hold a small piece of paper (dollar bill) all the way around.
