Manufacture date is 2000, bought in 2001.
Freezer stopped freezing, fridge wasn't cooling as well. They woke up in the moring to find frozen items thawing.
Vaccumed out coils/fan which was absolutely filthy because they never clean....well. Freezer temp. started to go back up, but steadied out at about 34 degrees. Fridge is cool but not cool enough. Any suggestions?
Could they fan/cooling system be overworked due to dust/dirt? If so can that part be replaced?

Sometimes when the compressor overheats like yours it will start to leak refigerant internally. Best to take freezer back panel off and check for a complete frost pattern.
If no, you will have to call a refrigerant tech, sorry.
