I replaced the adaptive cooling control panel about 6 months back and everything worked fine till this morning. Went into the kitchen and water was on the floor and the freezer and fridge sections warmer than normal. The water was coming from the melting ice in the ice maker. I pulled the back cover from inside the freezer to check the coils and they were clean, no ice or frost. The compressor and fan are both running too.

What else could it be?

If the compressor is running and the fridge is not cooling you likely have a leak in the sealed system.
