2 Problems:
1) Freezer/Fridge Not Cold.
2) Ice machine not working, even when freezer was cold.
MORE DETAILS: Last year we replaced the thermostat professionaaly ($250). 2 weeks ago, coils frozen over again. So we replaced thermostat ourselves again. Now coils are frozen again. We plan on replacing the defrost heating element next, but were told there are 3 parts to the temperature regulation. Is this true, and if so, what is the third part, and do you think we need to replace the remaining 2 parts, or just the defrost heating element?

Remove freezer back panel and check defrost thermostat while cold and then defrost heater. If both ok you will need a new mother board in the back of fridge. Also replace the evaporator thermister.
