Default Freezer freezing (w/ice buildup) Fridge warm
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FRT18KG3DWO
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hey Guys
I've had this fridge for around 3 years now. All the sudden the fridge part isn't cold. My guess is around 40-50. The freezer has been working. However there is some ice buildup. Not a lot but noticable. The was about and 8th inch layer in the back of it that was plugging up the gill shaped vents across the back. I unplugged it to get that off. But there obviously must be an issue to cause the ice in the first place. Any guesses?
thanks
Joe

Just to update, I unlogged the ice buildup in the back. Basically the vents across the back had a fairly thin layer of ice was on the back vents. So I plugged it back in, now everything is the correct temp. again. The vents are still clean, no buildup. However I am assuming this will happen again. Does this clear up what the cause is any further?
thanks
Joe
