Default Freezer Forms Ice On Front Of Baskets
Brand: Hotpoint
Model Number: FZA30
Age: 1 - 4 years

The freezer, a Hotpoint Future, Frost-Free forms a large amount of ice on the front of the drawers, starting at the top. I have checked the temperature setting to no avail.

Can you please verify your model number?

It should be on a tag on the inside with the serial number.

It sounds like either the freezer is not defrosting or there is an air leak.

Sorry I can not locate your model in our database.

Where was the freezer purchased?
