Cold air enters the fridge through a damper or vent between the freezer and fridge. The evaporator fan in or behind the freezer blows the air through. There is an adjustment to open and close this vent to allow more or less cold air in. Make sure the control opens the damper and that the evaporator fan in the freezer is blowing air through it. Here's your diagram of your damper assembly. Part 115 Frigidaire FRS20WRHW6 Parts List

Mitchell What you need to do is open the freezer, and tell me if you hear the freezer fan running, and then I also want you to look almost all the way down in the freezer, and look at the back wall of the freezer, and tell me if you see any frost build up. I can be reached at T. PAONE's APPLIANCE SALES & SERVICE GUIDE Tom
