[Broke Refrig]

I have Model F452R24J and the freezer seems to run constantly. The temp is cold but the rear panel has allot of frost. The defrost timer and element were changed 3 months ago. Sometimes I can hear the deforst cycle start and the familiar sizzle noise but not lately.
If I turn down the temp dial in the freezer, the fan motor will stop until the warmer temp is reached then it will kick back on and stay on.
All other functions seem to be working ok.

It definitely sounds like a defrost problem. Assuming the timer and element are still working try checking the defrost thermostat.
