Unhappy Freezer Defrost control
Brand: Magic Chef
Model Number: Ro24LA-3AW
Age: More than 10 years
The defrost control in my freezer is not working and the bottom of my freezer is filled with water. Where is this control located and do you have the part?

Can you please verify your model number?

It should be on a tag with the serial number.

If there is water in the bottom of the freezer it may be that the drain is plugged.

Is the freezer working?
