There does not seem any air to come from the freezer to the refrig. Is there some way to repair

There is a fan in the freezer(evaporator fan) which circulates the cold air in the freezer and blows it to the fridge side. The temp control for the fridge just opens and closes this vent for more or less cold air. Make sure it's open and that the fan is blowing. It may stop when the door is opened so hold the door switch down.
