I have a Maytag side by side. My freezer is working great -- 0 deg F. The refrigerator is warm -- about 48 deg. The inside of the refrig. has condensation on it. Any idea of what could be wrong?
Remove back panel in the freezer and defrost coils with a hair dryer. While freezer is still cold, measure continuity of defrost thermostat and heater. If ok you probably have a bad adaptive defrost control found in the refrigerator section.
