Default

Let me ask you a few questions. Without you model #, I can only assume. If it is a side by side, look if the freezer, almost all the way down, and look at the back wall and let me know if there is any frost. If there is you can have a defrost problem. You can reach me at T. PAONE's APPLIANCE SALES & SERVICE GUIDE

Default a deffective defrost system on your no frost

your unit is a no frost type, not mentioning the model number, i will only mention the
common trouble occuring on a no frost. first check the compressor if its on.. if not and the condenser blower is on, check the compressor. if compressor running, check the freezer, (you mention blower running) is frost accumalating on the sides ,its a no frost, if you see one, your unit defrost system is malfunctioning..
