Food is freezing it happen when my son turn the frige side up to 5.
I change to 3 then to 1 but it is still freezing.

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent between the freezer and fridge. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it opens and closes when you move the temp higher and lower. Could be control board, loose linkage, stuck vent door etc.
