Is it not holding at the bottom or the top?

It is likely still twisted.

The gasket has a magnet in it but it is not that strong.

Check and make sure it is magnetic all the way around.

Reform gasket with hair dryer, then tape door shut for a period of time till the gasket "seats". Make sure the fridge is leaning back slightly. Also it helps to smear vaseline on the hinge side of the gasket.
Also, some gaskets leave out the magnetic strip on the hinge side, make sure yours isn't like that.
