We have a 6 year old Jenn-air Side by side freezer & fridge. Two days ago the fridge started to warm up . so we shifted the control arm to cooler. . Now it is not cooling at all. Every thing else is working. Any suggestion?

Find the damper door where the cold air comes in from the freezer and make sure it's open. The evaporator fan in the freezer blows the cold air through to the fridge so make sure the fan is working. If the evaporator coils under the fan behind the back cover is iced up, that will block the cold air from circulating properly.
