Default Fan Not Running
Brand: Hotpoint
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hi,
The top of the refrig/freezer is not keeping cold but the bottom is. The fan is not running, but my husband replaced it with a new fan and it is still not running. Is there a fuse, or something else that needs to be checked? Please help

thanks
debi

Fan motor current goes thru the defrost thermostat. Remove thermostat and short wires, then run fridg. for a few hours and check freezer temperature, then post. Should be below 10 degrees with cold control up all the way.
