Model Number: ETZILKXHW01
Age: 5 - 10 years
My freezer regularly pours water into my fridge which I catch in basins. I have checked the hose, it is not clogged. What to do next? Thanks!

Open it up
Pour some water down where it would normally drip off the coils and see what happens.
Sounds like there is something preventing it from going down the drain tube
Could be the dreaded frozen pea
