Model Number: 68827890
Age: 5 - 10 years

i am having trouble finding the drain hole to unclog it.
any suggestions?

I can't find your model number in our database can you please check it?

If this is a side by side model the drain is located behind the back panel inside the freezer section.

If it is a two door with the freezer on top there should be a drain cup in the middle of the fridge section.

It could be part of the control housing.
