This is a 10 year old Jenn-Air side by side refrigurator. The freezer door will completely shut by itself when within a few inches of closure where the refrigerator side will no longer close on its own and remains about 1" open. I suspect there is a closer cam or something along those lines that has finally worn out? Please advise, thanks!

The part that you are looking for is called the door closer. It is number 15 on the freezer door exploded view.

There should be a letter at the end of your model number.

The letter shows the color of your fridge.
