I purchased new door seals for the freezer and refrigerator.
We got most of the screws outof the freezer door. However, some of them just keep turning. We tried a drill in order to use a screw extractor but the
drill bits barely even make a dent. How can I get these things out without
totally destroying the door?

Get an knife or small flat screw drive (whatever fits) between the frame and the screw head.
Pry up on the head
Unscrew
With a little luck threads will grab enough to unscrew
