The refrigerator door on our side by side doesn't close without being forced. The door has also dropped lower than the freezer side, so it appears that a shim should be replaced on the bottom of the door. I can't find our model listed and I need to determine the part and the procedure for replacing it. Thanks.

On the tag on the fridge there should be two more letter to your model number.

What you likely need is the riser cam.
