The water and ice dispensers on the front of the freezer door are not working. I have checked the motor that turns the ice dispenser by hard wiring it and that works, as does the water inlet valve at the back of the fridge. The ice maker is making ice as normal.
What is the next step to find where the fault is in the system? I'm assuming it's somewhere in the contacts when you push in the dispenser pads, but i'd like some guidance.

If you are not getting any response from the dispenser pad you will have to check wiring and see if you are getting power to the board.
