The flapper in my door ice dispenser will not close and this is causing ice to build up around the chute. How do you fix this. I cannot see how to take apart the in door dispensing unit to attempt a repair. Please help!

Remove the front top half or the dispenser.

It will pop off and then remove the four screws.

This will give you access to the working part of the dispenser.
