Brand: General Electric
Model Number: ZISS480DRAS

I need to replace the "Funnel Ice Dispenser" on a 48" Monogram Stainless Refrigerator. The part that the glass presses against broke off. Can anybody tell me how to access the part? What is the proper sequence for disassembly? Does the stainless need to be removed? Or does the Black plastid trim pull out to access the funnel in the freezer door exterior. Thanks in advance for any help!!!

I have a GE side-by-side (GSS22JFPHCC) with door dispenser and can remove the outer trim by prying with a putty knife ... starting at bottom and gently working around perimeter until all the little "ears" disconnect. On my fridge the next step is to remove the water/crushed/cubed selector panel by pulling out from bottom. This panel will dangle from wiring to expose four phillips head screws holding the "funnel" assembly in place.
