Probably a bad fountain pc board located behind fountain cover. Go to Appliance Parts From PartSelect | Repair Parts For Major Appliances for take apart info.

Which board fixed the problem? HV board behind the refrigerator? LV board on left door behind the key pad? Or keypad board?
