I have a GE fridge #TFX25ZPBA WW with the same problem, water dispenses in the door but no ice. How do you determine if it is the 795 or 798 water valve, I don't want to buy both?
Thanks
Craig

The best way to tell which one has failed is with a meter.

If you don't have a meter you could take the valve off and take it to a local shop to have it checked.

Number 798 is both valve.

Here is a link to your fridge model TFX25ZPBAWW.
