I recently had some issues with my water dispenser on the front of my refrig. I have been able to fix the issues and everything seems to be running fine BUT the water does not come out clean. My guess is that over the month that it was not working mold grew in the water lines. Does anyone have any suggestions on cleaning these? I have tried to flush the lines but every once in a while little particals of mold/fungus come out. Please let me know if anyone has experienced and how do I correct. thanks.

The easiest to clean is the reservoir. Look behind the crispers in the fridge. You can take it out to clean if it's where the mold is coming from.

Do you know how this comes apart? Or can you refer me to where I can find how to take apart?

You can see part 31 in this diagram. Two screws hold it in place the water lines will be either quick release or a threaded joint.

No diagram attached? I tried to take apart and could not remove the tubing. They are not quick release and don't seem to be threaded eith. Could these tubes be factory applied?

You can find couplings at an appliance parts store to put the line back together with if you cut it or maybe you can find the other end of the line on the back of unit an take off there.

It seems as though the connection points are under the unit or behind. I could not access them from behind. Any other suggestion to finding the connection points. I prefer not cutting the lines and replairing.
