Hello Everyone

I have this refrigerator for 6 years and just last week, my Ice Maker stop making Ice. I got the water comes out on the dispenser and I did put the water into the Ice slot... after some time... there is Ice coming out... so I think the main problem is the water did not get to ice maker. Please help...

I read the respone from PS Staff - Sheila "...Check the temperature of the freezer it must be 5 degrees or below or the ice maker will not call for water..." and I am just wonder how do I do that...

Sometimes the tube coming in from the back of the freezer into the icemaker freezes, try taking it out and checking.

[b]I have a Kitchen Aid that is doing exactly the same thing. I thought maybe a line is either clogged with something or is frozen[ /B] I just do not understannd how I am getting the cold water but not ice. The icemaker keeps asking for water but then nothing happens I checked all the lines that I cculd find and nothing
