Ice is being created fine.
If I disconnecting the water at the solenoid valve I have water flow.
The water reservoir is not frozen.
After I have gone through these steps, water dispenses immediately. Gradually over time the water will take longer and longer until water is no longer dispensed.
If I randomly go back to get water after it has stopped dispensing then sometimes after pressing the switch for a while it will dispense water - not always.
Any ideas ?

You should do a continuity set on the valve.

On side is for the ice maker and the other is for the dispenser.
