defrost timer

I try to locate the defrost timer. I have a 98' model side by side Amana. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Can you please provide your model number?

The model number is located in the fridge section on a tag with the serial number.

I can not seem to locate your model number in our database.

If your fridge has a defrost timer it should be in the front left corner under the freezer door.

If your fridge is electronically control it will not have a timer it will have a PC board.

The PC board is usually a part of the control panel in the fridge section.

Can you double check your model number?

Where was you fridge purchased?

I just replaced the adaptive control. But it won't work. The avaporator fan won't turn on. Your help please.
