I'm looking for info. on my LG Refridgator. It's about 6 years old and the defrost
heater went out. I would like to know where to get the part(s) and how
to replace it. I've been to the LG site and it was not helpful at all.

LG is very tight with there information.

You can get parts for some LG products at Sears if it was bought there.
