Model Number: 10653592300
Age: 1 - 4 years
about once every day or so the defrost cycle on my side by side starts to defrost the food in the freezer. After a while it will start freezing again.
What do I check?

You probably have a shorted defrost thermostat. Less likely a freezer fan running in defrost. Just pull out defrost thermostat and check.
