Freezer coils keep freezing up. So far have replaced the heater and thermostat.
My repairman says the only thing left is the "defroster control board".
I cannot find this part on your web site, using that nomenclature. I need to see the part and the cost information.

If the thermistors are good it is the main board that needs to be replaced.

It is the board at the back of the fridge all so known as the mother board.

To check the thermistors run the diagnostic test.

You should find the technician sheet either on the back of the fridge or be hind the kick plate stuck to the bottom of the fridge.
