Default crispers are frozen
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: RTC15A

I have a moist crisper and a sealed crisper on the bottom of my fridge. So in the two drawers, I keep the vegetables and fresh produce.

There is a temperature control slide bar that goes from low to high. But even on the lowest settings, my celery and other vegetables are frozen.

What should I do to fix this? thx so much.

Make sure both freezer and refrigerator controls are set to mid position. If the problem persists, after 48 hours at least, then you may have a cold control problem in the refrigerator. If the problem persists try turning the refrigerator control down 1/2 number or letter (whichever you have) and wait 24 hours. If the control goes past 2 numbers down and still continues get the control replaced.
