Replacing a coil assy when a defrost heater fails is ridiculous.
Get your meter out, you are going to need it. Unit looks like it is an engineer's experiment.
They control the heater electronically and then have a thermal fuse just in case it messes up. At ~$11.00 a fuse you will want to be sure to find the cause of it blowing if it is open. |
