Default Condensation in refigerator
Brand: Crosley
Model Number: CT19Y8FA
Age: More than 10 years

my refigerator has condensation dripping from under the freezer inside of the refrig. It's all over the controls, I have already broke the temp. and freezer dials trying to set the temperature. The refig. and freezer are both working fine except for the condensation. I have already sealed the door and leveled the refigerator. Can you please advise. the refrigerator temp. is 32 f and the freezer is 0 to 10 f.

On the control panel there should be a switch to turn a heater on that should stop the condensation.

Here is a link to the parts of your fridge model CT19Y8FA.

I thought the switch was only for outside condensation but I stand corrected. Thank you

Switch controls the trim heater between the freezer and fridg doors.
You have a drain clog in the freezer. Just remove freezer panels and use hot water to melt the ice and get the drain opened. I use a turkey baster to do the drain.
Once done, install a heavy gauge copper or alluminum wire. Wrap around defrost heater and push down the drain.
