Question Compressor runs w/o fans being on.
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: gts22kcmbrcc
Age: 5 - 10 years

Noticed refer getting warm. Compressor was running but both cond and evap fans were not. As I was taking off the freezer back panel the fans came on. The refer is now staying cold but flux's between 36 and 42/43 sometimes 48. The compressor still runs w/o the fans coming on. It will do this for hours and not freeze up the coils. Suggestions welcome.

It sounds like the motherboard is not sending the signal to the fan motors.

There should be a technicians sheet under the fridge in a envelope to help you test the board.

Here is a link to your fridge model gts22kcmbrcc.
