Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 106.7687281
My fridge comp. sounds like it wants to start then the relay or overload begins to chatter then the comp. shuts down. Is it both of these parts or what? The relay apparently is not available. Worth continuing to search for?

It would be the relay that would be making the chattering sound.

Try calling Sears Parts and Service they may no of a kit that is available for that fridge.
