I just changed the Refrigerator from a Right hand open to a left hand open door for both Freezer and refrig doors.

When Finished the freezer door sits about 1/8 to 1/4 inch higher. As a Left hand open door, the middle hinge does not sit at the same level as when it is a Right hand open. It makes a tight seal but the diagram shows the same part for either left or right hand swing doors. Can you confirm this please?

Yes the same hinge is used for both the left hand and the right hand swing.
