Can't get ice/water thru the door

Frigidaire Ice-maker is making ice, but won't come thru the door.........any ideas? When trying to get ice/water out of door I can hear a sound of a motor but nothing happens.

Check the ice bucket auger to see if it is turning.

Check and see if the ice door is opening.
