I don't have the owner's manual and can't figure out how to get the filter out of the water dispenser line. Help!

They are just hard to get off. Get a plyers, and put it on area to turn, and turn hard to the left. It will come out. It is hard to turn, even for me. If you need me, you can get me at Tom
