Default Bought New Icemaker - Not Working
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 596.52673200
Age: 1 - 4 years
Hi, the original icemaker for my Kenmore refrigerator stopped working. I found the coating on the mold blistered and assumed the ice maker overheated. I replaced it with a new unit and now the new unit does not cycle. I also checked the fuse in the red wire and I have continuity.

Is there a way to initiate the cycle?

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to diagnose this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
