Default Both freezer and refrigerator not working

My Maytag side by side refrigerator has a problem with both side, too warm, completely no cooling air at all. Couple of months ago, it had problem on refrigerator side and we found out frosted on evaporator coils then we replaced defrost timer. It works for a couple of months, now both sides is not working. If compressor is running, remove freezer panel and check frost pattern. If not you probably have a bad adaptive defrost pcb, located in refrigerator section.
Just replace board and add a surge protector to the outlet.

Thanks for your reply. The compressor is running and also frost free, nothing on evaporator coils, look to me it has a noise on the back side, keep clicking to try start. Will your guy help please? where is that noise comes from? Thanks in advance!

Now you probably have a bad start relay behind the cover on the side of compressor, just pry off and replace.
