Default Both Freezer and Fridge not cold
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: GD25DIXHS00
Age: 5 - 10 years
My freezer stopped cooling, everything soft and ice melting, then my fridge got very warm. No cooling is happening! Is my compressor out? Is it my thermostat? I just had both the compressor and thermostat replaced two years ago. Thanks

It may be one of the electronic controls that has failed.

It is best to have this checked by an in home technician.
