always check on who you deal with. I used a repair co. that had no licence and had over 900 complaints against . I lost $268 dealing with this outfit. Don't bother checking with the BBB, go to consumer affairs. I f an appliance fails on the weekend, load coolers with ice and wait to contact a reputable contractor

Yes,try to ask for references befor calling anyone. Yellow page add guarantees nothing! Also, the company probably isn't even insured or if they are good possability their insurence is wothless if not liscenced
