Does condenser fan(near compressor) run when the compressor runs. It should. Look for the ice buildup in the freezer on or behind the back panel. If there is recheck your defrost components. defrost timer, defrost heater and defrost thermostat.>>> Refrigerator Repair Guide: How To Fix a Refrigerator - ACME HOW TO.com

Hello Woodchuck
Compressor fan is runniong. No ice build up. I was told it may be the Relay and or overload switch mounted on the compressor. I chercked the defrost time and it seems to function fine and to clicking over to defrost and back over to normal run. When i turn the unit all the way up to seven from the off position the light in the frig goes dim then back up. Any of the above help you with helping me?
Thanks

Mark
