Hello All:

Is it possible to add a water filter to this model of refrigerator? The water coming out of the fridge has a slight taste -- perhaps pieces of the water path are dirty? I'd like to add an internal filter as is found in (what I though was) most water dispensing fridges these days. It seems my model simply has an internal bladder used to chill the water but there is no filter. Is it easy/moderate to replace/clean the entire water path?

The only type of filter that could be add is an in line filter system.

This would be added to the water line in your home.

Check the tank that is in the fridge section behind the crisper drawer and see if there is algae growing in the tank.
