The digital display will not work until the oven has been on for a while. How can I get the clock to work all the time?

You will have to replace the clock/control.

You can also have your clock rebuiltERCs, Stove Clocks, Mechanical Washer Timers, Dishwasher Controls, Dryer Timer, etc.
