I have a gibson gas range model # MGF355BGDB. I replaced the ignitor element and now the bake burner will light but will only stay lit for a short time. The oven does not get up to temperture.

It is most likely the oven valve that is faulty.

The oven valve is number 17 on the breakdown.

Here is a link to your range model MGF355BGDB.
