 Whirpool wall oven door won't stay closed Brand: Whirlpool Model Number: RBS305PDQ1 Age: 5 - 10 years
My Whirlpool wall oven developed two problems: I broke the inner glass and the door ceased to always close completely. I replaced the inner glass and while the door was dissembled, lubed the door hinge assemblies which made the door open/close more smoothly but now it won't completely close at all.... the oven lights stay on and the "door open" message displays. If I push it closed the lights go off, but if I let go it opens just that little 1/4-1/2 inch, enough to make the lights go on again. What do I need to replace/repair/adjust? Helppppp! Thanks! |
